  • Collaborate with marketing leaders, product leaders, channel owners, and cross-functional partners to provide actionable insights that inform campaign planning, product strategy, segmentation, channel decisions, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to design, measure, and evaluate experiments, A/B tests, pilot initiatives, and other test-and-learn efforts by comparing outcomes against goals, identifying performance drivers, and recommending data-informed optimizations.
  • Deliver timely, accurate reporting and insights that support campaign reviews, product performance discussions, executive updates, strategic planning, and decision-making at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Develop data visualizations and insight narratives that clearly communicate performance results, business implications, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Identify and evaluate new data sources, platforms, and tools that enhance measurement, audience insights, attribution capabilities, and business decision-making; partner with stakeholders to introduce and integrate new data capabilities into reporting and analysis.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
