Evionica tworzy rozwiązania SaaS dla branży lotniczej, z których korzystają organizacje lotnicze na całym świecie. Rozwijamy nasze produkty w oparciu o realne potrzeby użytkowników, dane i szybkie testowanie nowych pomysłów.

Do naszego zespołu szukamy UX Designera, który/a pomoże nam jeszcze lepiej rozumieć użytkowników i przekładać ich potrzeby na konkretne rozwiązania produktowe.

To rola dla osoby, która dobrze czuje się na styku product discovery, UX, danych i AI.

Co będziesz robić?

  • prowadzić i rozwijać proces product discovery,
  • analizować i optymalizować user flow oraz doświadczenia użytkowników,
  • przygotowywać designy i prototypy z wykorzystaniem Claude Design,
  • przekładać pomysły i potrzeby użytkowników na wymagania funkcjonalne dla developerów,
  • walidować hipotezy, pomysły i rozwiązania bezpośrednio z użytkownikami,
  • szukać sposobów na zwiększanie wykorzystania i adopcji funkcji produktu,
  • analizować konkurencję i rozwiązania dostępne na rynku,
  • analizować zachowania użytkowników i wykorzystanie produktu w Amplitude,
  • zbierać, porządkować i analizować feedback oraz requesty klientów,
  • prowadzić testy rozwiązań dostarczanych przez developerów,
  • tworzyć i optymalizować workflow wykorzystujące AI w procesach designerskich i researchowych.

Szukamy osoby, która:

  • jest samodzielna, proaktywna i nie potrzebuje mikromanagementu,
  • ma doświadczenie w pracy z produktami SaaS,
  • ma doświadczenie w obszarze product discovery, UX/product design lub rozwoju produktu,
  • potrafi korzystać z danych przy podejmowaniu decyzji produktowych,
  • zna Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog lub podobne narzędzie product analytics,
  • bardzo dobrze wykorzystuje AI w codziennej pracy,
  • potrafi ocenić, kiedy AI rzeczywiście pomaga, a kiedy potrzebne są doświadczenie, krytyczne myślenie i ludzkie wyczucie,
  • potrafi rozmawiać z użytkownikami, wyciągać wnioski i przekładać je na konkretne rozwiązania,
  • bardzo dobrze komunikuje się w języku angielskim.

Must have:

  • Claude / Claude Design,
  • narzędzia product analytics: Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog lub podobne,
  • swobodne wykorzystywanie narzędzi AI w pracy produktowej.

Nice to have:

  • Figma,
  • doświadczenie z automatyzacją workflow,
  • doświadczenie w branży lotniczej lub zainteresowanie lotnictwem.

AI traktujemy jako normalne narzędzie pracy. Chcemy wykorzystywać jego możliwości wszędzie tam, gdzie daje nam przewagę, ale jednocześnie oczekujemy krytycznego myślenia i umiejętności rozpoznania momentu, w którym AI nie zastąpi dobrego product sense i zrozumienia użytkownika.

Nie musisz przychodzić do nas jako ekspert/ka od lotnictwa. Ale byłoby świetnie, gdybyś chciał/a poznać tę branżę i z czasem naprawdę się w nią wkręcić.
