Analista de Departamento Pessoal Jr.

Missão do cargo: executar e conferir as rotinas de Departamento Pessoal da Evolua, da admissão ao desligamento, garantindo o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária e das políticas internas.

Principais atividades

  • Conduzir os processos de admissão: conferir documentos, cadastrar no sistema e no eSocial, formalizar contratos e solicitar os exames admissionais junto à área de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Processar e conferir a folha de pagamento mensal, o 13º salário e as férias: proventos, descontos, horas extras, adicionais e remuneração variável, quando houver.
  • Calcular e conferir encargos (INSS, FGTS e IRRF) e acompanhar as guias e obrigações acessórias (eSocial, DCTFWeb e FGTS Digital) nos prazos legais.
  • Controlar o ponto eletrônico, tratar inconsistências, banco de horas e horas extras, de acordo com a Política de Registro de Ponto e a Portaria 671 do MTP.
  • Programar e controlar as férias, emitir avisos e recibos e acompanhar os vencimentos de períodos aquisitivos.
  • Conduzir os desligamentos: calcular as rescisões, providenciar a documentação e os exames demissionais e enviar os eventos ao eSocial.
  • Registrar movimentações de pessoal (promoções, transferências, alterações salariais e mudanças de função) conforme o Plano de Cargos e Salários e as aprovações recebidas.
  • Administrar os benefícios (VA/VR, plano de saúde, Wellhub e outros): inclusões, exclusões, conferência de faturas e conciliação com a folha.
  • Controlar afastamentos e atestados (INSS, licença-maternidade e afastamentos por doença ocupacional), conforme a política interna.
  • Administrar os contratos de estagiários e aprendizes (termos de compromisso, jornada e relação com as instituições de ensino) e apoiar o cumprimento das cotas legais.
  • Acompanhar a convenção coletiva da categoria e aplicar reajustes e cláusulas; levantar dados para as negociações coletivas.
  • Fazer a interface com a Contabilidade na conferência de lançamentos e documentos de admissão, folha, férias e rescisão.
  • Apoiar as fiscalizações, auditorias e processos trabalhistas, levantando documentos e informações.
  • Emitir relatórios de headcount, turnover, horas extras e custo de pessoal para a liderança e para o Comitê de Pessoas.
  • Atender os colaboradores em dúvidas sobre folha, ponto, férias e benefícios.

Requisitos

  • Superior completo ou em andamento em Gestão de RH, Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins.
  • De 1 a 3 anos de experiência em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal.
  • Conhecimento de legislação trabalhista e previdenciária (CLT), cálculos de folha e rescisão e eSocial.
  • Excel intermediário (PROCV, tabela dinâmica e fórmulas de conferência).
  • Experiência com sistema de folha e ponto.

  • Vivência em empresa em crescimento ou do setor de energia.
