A empresa FADEX está em busca de um Assistente Administrativo - Compras para integrar a sua equipe.

Se você possui experiência na área de Licitações, compras de suprimentos, organização de documentos e busca desafios em um ambiente dinâmico e em crescimento, venha fazer parte do nosso time!

Objetivo do Cargo:

Apoiar os processos administrativos relacionados a licitações e compras, garantindo a organização e conformidade dos documentos, o cumprimento dos prazos e a eficiência na aquisição de produtos e serviços, em conformidade com as normas e políticas da empresa.

Requisito do Cargo:

Ensino médio completo;

Desejável superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Gestão Pública, Logística, ou áreas correlatas.

Familiaridade com plataformas de compras públicas e sistemas de gestão de compras.

Domínio do pacote Office, especialmente Excel.

Experiência em processos de licitação e/ou compras será um diferencial.

Atividades:

  • Auxiliar na preparação e acompanhamento dos processos licitatórios, garantindo que todos os documentos estejam corretos e dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • Acompanhar as fases do processo licitatório, desde a habilitação até o resultado final.
  • Organizar e manter atualizado o cadastro da empresa nos órgãos públicos e plataformas de licitação (ComprasNet, BEC, etc.).
  • Auxiliar na elaboração de respostas para recursos e impugnações, quando necessário.
  • Auxiliar no acompanhamento de contratos firmados via contratações, garantindo o cumprimento das condições estabelecidas.
  • Monitorar prazos de entrega, faturamento e conformidade das obrigações contratuais.
  • Solicitar cotações de preços junto a fornecedores e analisar propostas para garantir o melhor custo-benefício.
  • Emitir pedidos de compras e acompanhar a entrega dos produtos e serviços adquiridos.
  • Manter relacionamento com fornecedores, negociando prazos e condições de pagamento.
  • Controlar a necessidade de reposição de materiais e serviços utilizados na empresa.
  • Manter registros organizados sobre as compras realizadas e os custos envolvidos.

Condições de Trabalho:

Jornada: Segunda a Sexta (8:30 as 17:30 com 1hr de almoço).

Local de Trabalho: Presencial.

Ferramentas: Computador, sistemas, planilhas e banco de dados.
