A SMART Electric é uma empresa especializada em soluções para o setor de energia elétrica, atuando com projetos, desenvolvimento e comissionamento de sistemas para subestações.

Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente Administrativo - Compras para atuar nas rotinas de aquisição de materiais e serviços, relacionamento com fornecedores, controles administrativos e apoio logístico às operações da Engenharia.

Buscamos um profissional organizado, proativo e com experiência em compras, preferencialmente de materiais técnicos e industriais, que contribua para a eficiência dos processos e o atendimento às demandas dos nossos projetos.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar cotações de materiais, equipamentos e serviços relacionados aos projetos, ordens de serviço (OS), galpão e escritório;
  • Pesquisar, desenvolver e avaliar fornecedores, buscando melhores condições comerciais, qualidade e prazos de atendimento;
  • Apoiar os processos de compras, acompanhando solicitações, orçamentos, pedidos e entregas;
  • Realizar compras externas, quando necessário, mantendo os controles e comprovantes atualizados;
  • Utilizar o sistema de controle SUPLYHUB para gestão das requisições, orçamentos, compras e interação com os requisitantes;
  • Organizar e controlar notas fiscais e documentos relacionados à movimentação e ao envio de equipamentos;
  • Realizar checklists de entrada e saída de equipamentos de teste, garantindo registros e rastreabilidade;
  • Apoiar o controle de materiais e equipamentos destinados a projetos e montadoras de painéis;
  • Realizar cotações de transportadoras e acompanhar a logística de envio de painéis e equipamentos às subestações;
  • Apoiar a gestão de transportes, coletas e entregas de equipamentos relacionados aos projetos;
  • Manter planilhas, relatórios e controles administrativos atualizados;
  • Atuar em interface com Engenharia, Financeiro, fornecedores, transportadoras e demais áreas internas.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo, desejável formação técnica ou superior em andamento em Administração, Logística, Gestão de Suprimentos ou áreas correlatas;
  • Vivência anterior em rotinas administrativas de compras, cotações e relacionamento com fornecedores;
  • Conhecimento em elaboração e acompanhamento de orçamentos e pedidos de compras;
  • Conhecimento em Excel e ferramentas de controle administrativo;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão de compras e requisições;
  • Boa comunicação, organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de priorização;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Guarulhos/SP.

  • Vivência em empresas dos segmentos de engenharia elétrica, energia, automação, montagem de painéis ou serviços técnicos;
  • Conhecimento em processos de compras para projetos de engenharia;
  • Vivência com sistemas ERP e plataformas de gestão de suprimentos;
  • Vivência em cotações de transportadoras e logística de equipamentos industriais;
  • Conhecimento em negociação e desenvolvimento de fornecedores técnicos.
