The posting

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage construction projects, site operations, manpower and subcontractors.
  2. Monitor project progress, schedules, costs and work quality.
  3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and site teams.
  4. Ensure compliance with construction drawings, building regulations and WSH requirements.
  5. Resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion.
  6. Prepare progress reports, work schedules and project documentation.

Requirements

  1. Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
  2. Proven construction project management and site coordination experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, project scheduling and cost control.
  4. Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to manage site operations independently and meet project deadlines.
  6. Extensive overseas construction project management experience is essential, including experience managing manpower, subcontractors and construction activities in overseas project environments.
