Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Infraestrutura de TI para atuar na sustentação, administração e segurança do ambiente tecnológico da empresa, garantindo a disponibilidade dos sistemas e a continuidade dos serviços.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades: Atuar no suporte técnico de 2º nível (N2), solucionando incidentes e problemas de infraestrutura.Administrar servidores Windows e Linux, redes, ambientes virtualizados e serviços em nuvem.Gerenciar usuários, acessos e permissões no Active Directory e Microsoft 365.Monitorar o ambiente de TI, realizar atualizações e aplicar melhorias.Executar rotinas de backup e testes de restauração.Apoiar as ações de segurança da informação e conformidade com a LGPD.Manter atualizados os inventários de ativos, licenças e documentações técnicas.Participar de projetos de infraestrutura e apoiar a equipe de suporte.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em TI ou áreas correlatas.Experiência de 3 a 5 anos em infraestrutura ou suporte técnico.Conhecimentos em redes, servidores Windows e Linux, virtualização e Microsoft 365.Experiência com backup, monitoramento e resolução de incidentes.Conhecimentos em segurança da informação e boas práticas de ITIL.

Diferenciais: Certificações em redes, segurança da informação ou ITIL.Conhecimentos em PowerShell, Bash ou Python.Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento, firewalls e plataformas de nuvem.Inglês técnico para leitura de documentações.
