Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos um(a) profissional de TI com perfil técnico, analítico e proativo, com boa capacidade de resolução de problemas, colaboração e interesse em inovação e aprendizado contínuo.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Administrar sistemas operacionais Windows Server e Linux Server, infraestrutura IaaS em Cloud Computing, Microsoft 365, endpoints, firewalls, redes, switches e wireless;
  • Administrar ferramentas de monitoramento, observabilidade e análise de logs, incluindo SIEM, SOAR e XDR;
  • Acompanhar alertas de monitoramento, analisar registros de segurança e logs de acesso, identificando oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Colaborar com as equipes de infraestrutura e desenvolvimento, contribuindo com documentações, políticas, alertas e análise inicial de incidentes;
  • Colaborar no tratamento de chamados, priorizando conforme criticidade, realizando escalonamentos e documentando incidentes;
  • Executar manutenções e tarefas de rotina agendadas, incluindo aplicação de patches de segurança em sistemas e servidores Cloud e On-Premises;
  • Colaborar na abertura e acompanhamento de chamados junto aos fornecedores de tecnologia, quando necessário.

O que buscamos

Requisitos técnicos

  • Superior cursando ou completo em Sistemas de Informação, Análise de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência avançada em Windows Server e Linux Server;
  • Experiência em administração de Cloud Computing (IaaS), Microsoft 365, endpoints, firewalls, redes, switches e wireless;
  • Conhecimentos em segurança de infraestrutura de TI e ferramentas de análise e monitoramento de rede.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com ferramentas e serviços de monitoramento, observabilidade e análise de logs, incluindo SIEM, SOAR e XDR;
  • Conhecimento em automação para análise de logs e aplicação de Inteligência Artificial.
