Buscamos um(a) Assistente de Recrutamento e Seleção organizado(a), proativo(a) e com perfil analítico para apoiar a gestão operacional dos processos seletivos, garantindo a organização, o acompanhamento e o cumprimento dos prazos das vagas. Esse profissional atuará em parceria com as analistas de Recrutamento e Seleção, oferecendo suporte às demandas diárias e contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos de contratação.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais responsabilidadesOrganizar e acompanhar as vagas em aberto, garantindo a atualização das informações e o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;Realizar a triagem de currículos, identificando candidatos alinhados aos requisitos das vagas;Acompanhar o andamento dos processos seletivos conduzidos pelas analistas, auxiliando no controle das etapas e na identificação de pendências;Apoiar as analistas na organização e priorização das demandas de recrutamento;Manter planilhas, sistemas e controles internos atualizados, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações;Monitorar o status das vagas e sinalizar possíveis atrasos ou dificuldades nos processos seletivos;Auxiliar na divulgação de vagas e na organização dos bancos de currículos;Realizar contato com candidatos para agendamentos, alinhamentos e acompanhamento das etapas seletivas, quando necessário;Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios e indicadores de recrutamento e seleção;Contribuir para a padronização, organização e melhoria contínua dos processos da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificações:Ensino médio completo; desejável ensino superior cursando em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento básico ou intermediário em Excel;Boa organização e capacidade de acompanhar múltiplas demandas simultaneamente;Perfil analítico, atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com prazos;Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Proatividade e habilidade para identificar pendências e propor soluções.Diferenciais:Experiência anterior em Recrutamento e Seleção ou rotinas de Recursos Humanos;Conhecimento em triagem de currículos e plataformas de recrutamento;Experiência com controles de vagas, planilhas e indicadores;Vivência com processos seletivos de grande volume.
