Aufgabenbeschreibung

  • Unterstützung der Betriebsleitung bei der sicheren, zuverlässigen und wirtschaftlichen Führung des Produktionsbetriebs
  • Mitarbeit bei der Steuerung und Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen, Kosten und Ressourceneinsatz
  • Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung von Anlagen-, Arbeits- und Umweltsicherheit sowie Compliance
  • Analyse von Betriebs- und Prozessdaten sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Initiierung und Begleitung von Maßnahmen zur Verfahrens-, Anlagen- und Produktverbesserung
  • Mitarbeit bei technischen und organisatorischen Projekten sowie standortübergreifenden Arbeitsgruppen
  • Unterstützung bei Mitarbeitertraining, Qualifizierung und Wissensmanagement
  • Mitarbeit bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Management- und Betriebshandbüchern
  • Vertretung der Betriebsleitung bei Bedarf sowie schrittweise Übernahme zusätzlicher Verantwortung
  • Teilnahme am chemischen Bereitschaftsdienst

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik, Chemie oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an chemischen Produktionsprozessen
  • Hohes Bewusstsein für Anlagen-, Arbeits- und Prozesssicherheit
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung im Produktionsumfeld zu übernehmen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung mit Perspektive auf eine spätere Führungsfunktion
