Salesforce Consultant

Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time | Direct Hire

Our client, a growing Salesforce consulting partner, is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to guide clients through implementation, configuration, and ongoing improvement of their Salesforce environments. The role is fully remote, so your office is wherever you do your best work.

About the Company

This consulting firm has helped hundreds of organizations across the U.S. adopt and expand Salesforce for sales, service, marketing, and day-to-day operations. Clients range from growing businesses to nonprofits, universities, and public agencies. The team is collaborative, relaxed, and serious about doing great work.

What You'll Do

  • Learn what each client needs from Salesforce and recommend the best way to get there
  • Train new users and administrators and provide ongoing support after go-live
  • Configure users, profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing, and resolve complex visibility issues
  • Build reports, dashboards, approval processes, and automation with Flow
  • Design solutions in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including record types, page layouts, and Lightning pages
  • Set up forecasting, territories, custom sales processes, web-to-lead, and lead assignment
  • Design data models, business logic, and security for custom applications, and deploy them
  • Map spreadsheet data to Salesforce fields and manage imports and exports with Data Loader and the Data Import Wizard
  • Juggle several client projects at the same time

What You Bring

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • At least 3 years of Salesforce administration experience
  • At least 1 year in a Salesforce consulting role
  • Excellent communication skills and patience for helping new users build confidence
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the drive to finish work without close supervision
  • Experience with AI tools, or genuine interest in learning them
  • Enjoyment of a fast-moving, friendly team environment

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification

Additional Details
