Project Coordinator

Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time | Direct Hire

About the Company

What You'll Do

  • Own several client projects at once and serve as the primary client contact
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and task trackers
  • Run project meetings, status updates, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate consultants and developers so work is delivered on time
  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies across your portfolio
  • Forecast and manage the resource hours assigned to each project
  • Help gather requirements and write user stories
  • Support Agile and Scrum practices during delivery
  • Document and communicate scope changes clearly
  • Make every client's project experience smooth and organized

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Close attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Salesforce or another CRM
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum
  • Experience in a client-facing or consulting setting
  • Interest in earning Salesforce certifications
