Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust unsere Bestandskunden in Mittel- und Süddeutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz und entwickelst nachhaltige, erfolgreiche Kundenbeziehungen
  • Mit einem Gespür für Märkte und Chancen identifizierst Du neue Kundenpotenziale und gewinnst aktiv neue Geschäftspartner
  • Du verstehst die Anforderungen Deiner Kunden und entwickelst daraus überzeugende Lösungsansätze sowie neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Als kompetente Ansprechperson berätst Du zu unseren Markenprodukten und individuellen Private-Label-Konzepten
  • Du steuerst den gesamten Vertriebsprozess von der Angebotserstellung über Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Kundenbesuche und Messeauftritte organisierst Du eigenverantwortlich und arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen zusammen
  • Durch die Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbstrends erkennst Du frühzeitig Chancen und setzt Impulse für weiteres Wachstum

Das bringst du für die Position mit

  • Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb und in der eigenständigen Betreuung von Kunden, idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld
  • Du hast eine Ausbildung oder Studium im Agrarbereich, der Tierernährung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Landwirtschaft und Tierhaltung zählen zu Deinem fachlichen Umfeld: idealerweise kennst Du Dich sehr gut im Bereich Milchvieh und Kälber aus
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, erkennst Chancen und baust Kundenbeziehungen nachhaltig aus
  • Mit Deinem kaufmännischen Verständnis bewegst Du Dich sicher in Preis-, Margen- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Du bist reisebereit und gerne bei unseren Kunden vor Ort unterwegs
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Für Deine regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit bringst Du einen Führerschein der Klasse B mit
