Als familiengeführtes Unternehmen mit 90jähriger Tradition ist die Gebr. Ewald GmbH auf die Entwicklung, die Herstellung und den Vertrieb exklusiver Haar- und Körperkosmetik auf dem deutschen und internationalen Markt spezialisiert. Zur Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Prozesse suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n IT-Allrounder/in, der/die als zentrale/r Ansprechpartner/in die IT-Infrastruktur vor Ort betreut und gemeinsam mit unserem externen IT-Dienstleister die Digitalisierung unseres Unternehmens aktiv voranbringt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ansprechpartner für alle IT-Anwender im Unternehmen (First- und Second-Level-Support)
  • Betreuung und Administration der IT-Arbeitsplätze (PCs, Notebooks, Drucker, mobile Endgeräte)
  • Einrichtung neuer Arbeitsplätze einschließlich Hard- und Software
  • Unterstützung bei der Administration der Microsoft-Umgebung und der Netzwerkstruktur
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit unserem externen IT-Dienstleister
  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung unseres ERP-Systems
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Einführung und Optimierung digitaler Geschäftsprozesse
  • Erstellung und Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sowie Datensicherungskonzepten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Auswahl und Einführung neuer Hard- und Softwarelösungen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d), Kaufmann/Kauffrau für IT-System-Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 und gängigen Netzwerktechnologien
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich ERP-Systeme
  • Verständnis für betriebliche Prozesse und Digitalisierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude am Umgang mit Anwendern
  • Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
