Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine ehrgeizige und motivierte

Fachkraft für Gefahrstoffe und Immissionsschutz (m/w/d)

welche uns bei der Umsetzung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben unterstützt und bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktionsstandorte aktiv mitwirkt.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortliche/r Beauftragte/r für Gefahrstoffe an unseren Standorten Hinternah und Frauenwald
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Risikoanalysen und Betriebsanweisungen
  • Pflege des Gefahrstoffkatasters
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der externen Sicherheitsfachkraft, Dienstleistern und Behörden
  • Nachverfolgung von Auflagen aus Genehmigungsbescheiden insbesondere nach dem BImSchG
  • Verfolgung von einschlägigen Rechtsvorschriften in Bezug auf EHS sowie Betreuung interner Regelwerke
  • Organisation und Gestaltung von Begehungen, Schulungen und Übungen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und der Führungskräfte bei der Konzeption und Planung der Prozesse, Maßnahmen und Ausrüstungen
  • Begleitung von Audits
  • Mitwirken bei der Schaffung einer modernen Präventionskultur

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium bevorzugt im Bereich Chemie-, bzw. Umwelt-und oder Sicherheitstechnik oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit entsprechender Ausbildung
  • Qualifikation zur/zum Gefahrstoffbeauftragten
  • eine Qualifikation zur/zum Immissionsschutzbeauftragten wäre von Vorteil, kann jedoch nachgeholt werden
  • eigenständige, verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständig Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Regelwerke
  • Durchsetzungsstärke und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • hohe Motivation und Einsatzfreude
