Als international tätiges Medizintechnikunternehmen verbessern wir die Lebensqualität von Patientinnen und Patienten in elf europäischen Ländern. Damit künftig noch mehr Menschen von unseren Produkten profitieren, erschließen wir weitere Märkte innerhalb Europas. Als International Market Access Specialist (m/w/d) schaffst du die Voraussetzungen dafür: Du analysierst Marktpotenziale, entwickelst Markteintrittsstrategien und ebnest unseren Produkten den Weg in neue Märkte.

Du möchtest ...

  • internationale Märkte analysieren und Marktpotenziale anhand von Erstattungsstrukturen, regulatorischen Anforderungen, Wettbewerbsumfeld und Markteintrittsbarrieren bewerten.
  • Market-Access- und Markteintrittsstrategien entwickeln, Business Cases erstellen und fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen für Management-entscheidungen ableiten.
  • regulatorische Anforderungen und Reimbursement-Prozesse analysieren sowie gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern erfolgreich umsetzen.
  • in einer Schnittstellenfunktion unterschiedliche internationale Stakeholder zusammenbringen, Partnerschaften koordinieren sowie ewimed auf Fachveranstaltungen und Kongressen vertreten.

Du passt am besten zu uns, wenn du ...

  • ein Studium der Gesundheitsökonomie, des Gesundheitsmanagements, der Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mitbringst.
  • mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Market Access oder Business Development im internationalen Gesundheitswesen – idealerweise in der Medizintechnik oder Pharmaindustrie – mitbringst.
  • analytisch und strategisch denkst, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell erfasst und daraus fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten kannst.
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) besitzt, eigenverantwortlich arbeitest und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnern sowie an gelegentlichen Reisen (ca. 30 Tage pro Jahr) hast.
