Als international tätiges Medizintechnikunternehmen übernehmen wir Verantwortung – für Patientinnen und Patienten, unsere Mitarbeitenden und die Umwelt. Deshalb entwickeln wir unser Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement kontinuierlich weiter. Als Sustainability Specialist (m/w/d) gestaltest du diesen Weg aktiv mit. Du verantwortest das ESG-Reporting, setzt regulatorische Anforderungen in die Praxis um und berätst unsere Fachbereiche in allen Nachhaltigkeitsfragen.

Du möchtest ...

  • das gruppenweite Nachhaltigkeitsreporting nach relevanten Standards (insbesondere GRI) weiterentwickeln und steuern.
  • ESG-Kennzahlen analysieren, Nachhaltigkeitsbewertungen (z. B. EcoVadis) koordinieren sowie gesetzliche Entwicklungen, regulatorische Anforderungen und Markttrends im Blick behalten.
  • die Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie der ewimed Group aktiv weiterentwickeln und deren Umsetzung aktiv begleiten.
  • als zentrale Schnittstelle für ESG-Themen unsere Fachbereiche – insbesondere R&D – zu nachhaltigkeitsbezogenen Fragestellungen beraten und unterstützen.
  • Impulse für nachhaltigere Materialien, Produkte, Verpackungen und Prozesse setzen sowie Schulungen und Präsentationen durchführen.

Du passt am besten zu uns, wenn du ...

  • ein Studium im Bereich Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Umweltmanagement, Umwelttechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mitbringst.
  • erste Berufserfahrung im ESG-, Sustainability- oder Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement sowie Kenntnisse relevanter Standards (z. B. GRI) hast und über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) verfügst.
  • Nachhaltigkeit für dich mehr als ein Trend ist und du sie pragmatisch und wirkungsvoll im Unternehmensalltag verankern möchtest.
  • dich in einer Schnittstellenfunktion wohlfühlst und unterschiedliche Fachbereiche kompetent beraten und zusammenbringen kannst.
  • Projekte eigenverantwortlich steuerst, analytisch denkst und komplexe Anforderungen pragmatisch in die Praxis übersetzt.
