In unserer Telefonzentrale in Hechingen bist du die erste Ansprechperson und prägst damit den ersten Eindruck von ewimed. Mit deiner Empathie, deinem Organisationstalent und deinem Engagement sorgst du dafür, dass jede Anfrage an der richtigen Stelle ankommt. So trägst du jeden Tag dazu bei, dass unsere Kunden und Patienten zuverlässig betreut werden und die Unterstützung erhalten, die sie brauchen

Du möchtest ...

  • erste Fragen unserer Kunden, insbesondere von Kliniken und Patienten beantworten und diese durch hervorragende telefonische Beratung betreuen.
  • den zentralen E-Mail-Eingang bearbeiten und diesen entsprechend intern weiterleiten.
  • das Patientenmanagement telefonisch unterstützen (z. B. bei fehlenden Verordnungen oder Lieferintervallen) sowie Reklamationen bearbeiten.
  • alle Kundenkontakte und Telefonnotizen lückenlos im ERP-System dokumentieren.
  • das Team bei administrativen Aufgaben unterstützen und bei Projekten mitwirken.

Du passt am besten zu uns, wenn du ...

  • eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Kaufmann/-frau im Gesundheitswesen (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Medizinische/-r Fachangestellte/-r (m/w/d) aufweist.
  • eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung besitzt und gerne telefonierst.
  • über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort- und Schrift verfügst.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie sichere Kenntnisse in MS Office hast.
  • gerne im Team arbeitest und Flexibilität mitbringst.
