Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist based in Taipei to drive B2B marketing initiatives and pipeline growth across Taiwan and the APAC region. Sitting at the intersection of deep tech and commercial strategy, you will translate complex cybersecurity and embedded technology concepts (Linux, Yocto, IoT) into compelling campaigns, manage regional trade shows and events, and collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and channel partners to expand our footprint. You will work closely with Marketing, Content, Product, Sales, and other creative stakeholders to ensure a consistent, distinctive, and impactful brand presence across international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns across Taiwan and APAC, focused on lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Coordinate local trade shows, technical workshops, webinars, meetups, and customer events, including logistics and follow-up activities.
  • Support joint marketing initiatives with distributors, technology partners, semiconductor companies, and ecosystem players.
  • Create and adapt technical marketing materials, including product one-pagers, presentations, datasheets, blog posts, and event content.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to translate complex cybersecurity and embedded technology concepts into clear marketing messages.
  • Localize global marketing assets for Taiwan and APAC, ensuring messaging is relevant to local technical and business audiences.
  • Support the APAC sales team with account-based campaigns, customer presentations, POC materials, lead follow-up, and targeted marketing activities.
  • Manage email campaigns, landing pages, CRM data, marketing automation workflows, and digital marketing activities.
  • Track campaign leads, engagement, POCs, and marketing-generated opportunities in collaboration with sales.
  • Monitor campaign, event, and content performance and provide regular reports and insights to the marketing and sales teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within cybersecurity, physical AI, embedded software, IoT, semiconductors, or enterprise technology.
  • Strong interest in technology and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
  • Comfortable working with technical audiences, including software engineers and embedded engineers.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Highly preferred: understanding of Linux or embedded Linux.
  • Highly preferred: knowledge of Yocto / Yocto Project.
  • Highly preferred: understanding of embedded software development, firmware, IoT, or software supply chains is highly valued.

Excellent written and spoken English.Mandarin Chinese mother tongue.

  • Strong organizational and project-management skills.
  • Comfortable working hands-on across campaigns, events, content, and marketing operations.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and international marketing teams.
