Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to own the post-sales relationship and technical project cadence across strategic APAC accounts. Based in Taipei, you will drive customer integrations from evaluation through mass production, owning project roadmaps, milestones, SLAs, and escalations. You will work closely with customer engineering and program teams, coordinating with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Core Engineering when deeper technical support is required. A key part of the role is consolidating customer requirements and translating regional feedback into clear, prioritized input for HQ. The role requires strong technical fluency, business judgment, and the ability to operate independently with customers and partners across APAC.

Responsibilities

  • Own post-sales relationships and integration roadmaps across strategic APAC accounts.
  • Drive projects from post-evaluation through mass production.
  • Manage milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and action items.
  • Establish and maintain regular customer project cadences.
  • Coordinate with customer engineering teams, ODMs, OEMs, and partners.
  • Own customer communication across Slack Connect and other collaboration channels.
  • Govern SLAs, tickets, escalations, and follow-up.
  • Triage technical issues and route deep technical work to Solutions Engineering, Core Engineering, or Product.
  • Track technical escalations through to resolution and ensure clear customer communication.
  • Consolidate customer feedback and requirements across accounts.
  • Translate regional requirements into prioritized input for Product and Engineering.
  • Identify recurring customer needs, product gaps, and regional constraints.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Engineering.
  • Proactively identify project risks and drive mitigation.
  • Help build scalable post-sales processes for the growing APAC customer base.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Technical Project Management, Technical Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles.
  • Experience in embedded systems, IoT, industrial hardware/software, edge computing, or related ecosystems.
  • Proven experience managing technical projects from evaluation/integration through production.
  • Strong understanding of embedded Linux, RTOS, firmware development, and software/hardware integration.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to engage confidently with engineering teams and PMs.
  • Experience working with OEMs, ODMs, distributors, or technology partners is a plus.
  • Strong project ownership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent business judgment and ability to prioritize competing customer requirements.
  • Comfortable negotiating timelines, priorities, and expectations with customers.
  • Able to operate independently across multiple accounts and time zones.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to milestones, SLAs, and follow-through.
  • Ability to synthesize complex customer feedback into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Native-level Mandarin Chinese.
  • Fluent professional English.

Location: Taipei - Hybrid - 3 days on-site/week
