Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Request management: Monitor the market data inbox and platform queue, categorize requests, check required information, assign priorities, and track requests through completion against agreed service targets.
  • Access and entitlements: Process approved requests to provision, modify, remove, or reassign access. Coordinate with vendors and verify that requested changes have been completed before closing requests.
  • Approval coordination: Communicate costs using approved pricing information, obtain required business approvals, and maintain a clear record of decisions.
  • Employee changes: Support joiner, mover, and leaver processes by reviewing affected subscriptions and coordinating timely access changes.
  • Access reviews: Support periodic entitlement recertification, follow up with business owners, and investigate discrepancies between approved access and vendor records.
  • Contract and product records: Maintain accurate mappings between vendors, products, contracts, subscriptions, business owners, and cost centers. Identify missing or inconsistent information and coordinate its resolution.
  • Renewal tracking: Maintain renewal dates and notice deadlines, initiate reminders, and escalate pending decisions to the appropriate business or procurement owner.
  • Spend and allocation support: Reconcile subscription records, invoices, approved pricing, and allocation information. Flag discrepancies and potentially unused or duplicate subscriptions for review.
  • Data quality: Perform completeness, accuracy, and reconciliation checks. Execute approved bulk updates using established validation and review procedures.
  • Reporting and escalation: Report request volumes, backlog aging, overdue actions, entitlement discrepancies, and upcoming renewals. Escalate exceptions with clear supporting information.
  • Documentation and improvement: Maintain operating procedures and knowledge articles, participate in user acceptance testing, and suggest improvements to recurring manual processes.

  • Ability to maintain accurate records and investigate discrepancies methodically.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including professional correspondence with vendors and business stakeholders.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
