A PROPOS DE L’EXPERIMENTAL MARAIS

Situé dans le Haut Marais, cet hôtel d’exception incarne l’élégance parisienne du groupe Experimental, avec un design audacieux signé Tristan Auer et une expérience client unique.

Notre établissement de 43 chambres propose :

Temple & Chapon, un grand restaurant inspiré des « Chop Houses » américaines, dirigé par la cheffe Mélanie Serre.

L’American Bar, un hommage aux bars new-yorkais iconiques avec une carte de cocktails signatures et une sélection de vins prestigieux.

Un spa exclusif, conçu en partenariat avec Suzanne Kaufmann, offrant des soins sur-mesure et une piscine.

A PROPOS DU POSTE

Sous la responsabilité du manager de restaurant et de ses assistants, vous aurez la charge de :

  • Organiser la mise en place des offices et de la salle ;
  • Garantir l'expérience client ;
  • Conseiller la clientèle grâce à son excellente connaissance de la carte et des produits ;
  • Effectuer le service en respectant les règles précises de la profession : prise de commande, mise en place en fonction de la commande, débarrassage, redressage ;
  • Assurer le suivi de son rang : repasse de pain et boissons, maintenir les tables ordonnées et propres pour garantir une expérience agréable ;
  • Réaliser des opérations de fin de service : rangement, mise en place du prochain service ;
  • Veiller à maintenir les espaces dans un état optimum (propreté, entretien et état de fonctionnement) ;
  • Respecter et suivre des standards esthétiques, définis par la direction (grooming, mise en place).

A PROPOS DE VOUS

Vous avez une expérience réussie en tant que chef de rang ou un poste similaire. Vous avez une excellente présentation, vous êtes dynamique et motivé.

Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'organisation et de rapidité d'exécution. Vous disposez d’un bon esprit d’équipe et d’une bonne aisance relationnelle. Vous savez être attentif aux détails et être à l’écoute des clients.

La connaissance de micros est un plus.

Vous avez la capacité à travailler le soir, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
