Fondé en 2007, Experimental* est né du désir de réinventer les codes de l’hospitalité.

D’abord avec l’Experimental Cocktail Club, ouvert dans le quartier Montorgueil à Paris, un bar qui a contribué à faire redécouvrir l’excellence et la créativité de la culture du cocktail dans la capitale. Au fil de son développement dans de nouvelles villes, sont venus les restaurants et les bars à vin. Puis les hôtels, expression ultime de l’hospitalité : une expérience qui réunit tous ses éléments dans un même lieu.

Les destinations se diversifient au fil des années, de capitales européennes comme Rome, Paris et Londres, à des lieux plus saisonniers comme Comporta, Ibiza ou Minorque pour l'été ou les pistes de ski de Verbier et Val d'Isère pour l'hiver. Le groupe possède également des établissements à Porto, Venise, New York, Biarritz et les Cotswolds.

A PROPOS DU POSTE

Durée : 6 mois Début : Janvier - Février

En tant que Stagiaire Assistant(e) Social Media, vous accompagnerez notre Social Media Manager dans la gestion des réseaux sociaux d’Experimental* et de ses établissements.

Vous contribuerez principalement à la création de stories et de posts, en faisant preuve de créativité et de bonnes compétences graphiques, notamment sur Canva, afin de concevoir des contenus adaptés à l’identité de chaque établissement.

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

Création de contenu

  • Participer à la création de contenus : visuels, vidéos, stories et captions.
  • Aider à la préparation et à la planification des publications.
  • Rechercher des idées créatives et suivre les tendances sur les réseaux sociaux.
  • Collecter et organiser les photos et vidéos des établissements.

Community Management

  • Participer à l’animation des communautés et répondre aux commentaires et messages privés.
  • Contribuer au développement de l’engagement sur nos différents comptes.

Suivi des performances

  • Suivre les performances des publications.
  • Participer à la préparation des reportings.
  • Identifier les contenus qui fonctionnent le mieux.

À PROPOS DE VOUS

  • Vous êtes étudiant(e) en communication, marketing digital ou social media et recherchez un stage dans ce domaine.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les réseaux sociaux, notamment Instagram et TikTok, et vous suivez les dernières tendances.
  • Créatif(ve), curieux(se) et organisé(e), vous aimez imaginer des contenus et êtes sensible à l’image et à l’esthétique.
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
  • La connaissance d’outils comme Canva ou de montage vidéo est un plus.
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe et avez envie d’apprendre au sein d’un groupe aux univers variés, entre hôtellerie, restauration et art de vivre.
