Fondé par trois amis d'enfance Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros et Romée De Goriainoff en 2007 puis rejoints par Xavier Padovani en 2010, l'Experimental Group bouleverse les codes du secteur de l'hôtellerie et de la restauration en offrant une expérience unique d'hospitalité contemporaine à une clientèle exigeante dans le monde entier.

Célèbre pour avoir apporté la culture du bar à cocktails à Paris, le groupe exploite des bars à cocktails, mais aussi des bars à vins, des restaurants, et à partir de 2015 des Hôtels. Les destinations se diversifient au fil des années, de capitales européennes comme Paris et Londres, à des lieux plus saisonniers comme Ibiza ou Minorque pour l'été ou les pistes de ski de Verbier et Val d'Isère pour l'hiver. Le groupe possède également des établissements à Venise, New York, Biarritz et les Cotswolds.

A PROPOS DU POSTE

En tant qu’e Technicien H/F, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement quotidien des établissements. Vous veillez à la maintenance préventive et curative des équipements, contribuez au confort de nos clients et garantissez la sécurité des personnes et des biens, dans le respect des normes en vigueur.

Vos principales missions :

  • Assurer le bon état de fonctionnement des installations techniques (lingerie, osmoseur, climatisation, etc.).
  • Diagnostiquer et intervenir rapidement en cas de panne ou dysfonctionnement.
  • Réaliser des réparations courantes (peinture, revêtements de sol/mur, petits travaux de plomberie ou d’électricité).
  • Participer activement à la qualité de l’accueil en garantissant un environnement agréable et sécurisé pour les clients.
  • Effectuer des rondes régulières pour prévenir les risques et assurer la sécurité des personnes et des équipements.
  • Contribuer à l’organisation et à l’amélioration continue du service maintenance en proposant des solutions adaptées.

A PROPOS DE VOUS

Vous avez de l’expérience en tant qu’e Technicien(ne) ou poste similaire en hôtellerie. Vous avez le sens du détail, une polyvalence technique et une grande capacité d’analyse.

Vous êtes réactifs grâce à vos connaissances techniques en matière d’électricité, plomberie, menuiserie.

Enfin, vous avez une appétence pour le milieu hôtelier.
