Descripción del puesto

  • Elaborar y cerrar mensualmente el estado de resultados de gestión P&L, validando la consistencia de ventas, ingresos, costos, utilidad bruta y gastos hasta el EBITDA.
  • Analizar los resultados de todos los canales y operaciones de la compañia.
  • Explicar las desviaciones frente al presupuesto, forecast y año anterior, identificando sus causas e impacto financiero.
  • Coordinar directamente con los responsables comerciales, operativos y contables para investigar diferencias, validar explicaciones y dar seguimiento a compromisos.
  • Participar integralmente en la elaboración y actualización del presupuesto y forecast del negocio, desde los ingresos hasta el EBITDA, evaluando la razonabilidad de los supuestos y construyendo escenarios.
  • Analizar la rentabilidad por canal, producto y cliente, así como los factores que la explican: volumen, mix, fees, comisiones e incentivos.
  • Controlar los gastos operativos y apoyar el seguimiento de inversiones y proyecciones de flujo de caja, en coordinación con las áreas responsables.
  • Mantener y actualizar los modelos financieros y reportes existentes, asegurando consistencia, trazabilidad y controles de validación.
  • Preparar reportes y comentarios ejecutivos que comuniquen los principales resultados, riesgos y acciones que requieren atención.
  • Gestionar autónomamente sus entregables y pendientes, anticipando retrasos y escalando oportunamente los asuntos que requieran una decisión.

Requisitos

  • Egresado o bachiller de Contabilidad, Economía, Administración, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Control de Gestión, Planeamiento Financiero o funciones similares.
  • Experiencia práctica en cierres mensuales de gestión, análisis de resultados, presupuestos y forecast.
  • Conocimientos básicos de contabilidad: devengo, provisiones, reclasificaciones y centros de costo.
  • Conocimientos de OPEX, CAPEX y flujo de caja, comprendiendo las diferencias entre ingresos y cobros, y entre gastos y pagos.
  • Conocimiento en interpretación de estados de resultados (P&L), análisis de ventas, ingresos, utilidad bruta, márgenes porcentuales y EBITDA.
  • Excel intermedio-avanzado.
