  • Liderar la ejecución de la estrategia de producto a nivel regional, en función de los segmentos de mercado prioritarios, y tendencias de mercado, en línea con la estrategia Comercial.
  • Definir y ejecutar junto con la gerencia el roadmap de desarrollo de producto.
  • Desarrollar nuevas experiencias de viaje inspiradoras para nuestros clientes y pulir regularmente nuestras experiencias e itinerarios en Perú, en función de la propuesta de valor de Condor Travel y Tropic.
  • Velar por la competitividad y óptima relación calidad/precio de nuestros productos.
  • Coordinar con proveedores actuales y potenciales.
  • Desarrollar junto con el equipo de Marketing el concepto, storytelling, materiales de promoción y comunicación de los productos.
  • Consolidar la información de nuevos productos (descriptivos, duración, inclusiones y restricciones, fotos) para su inclusión en nuestro sistema.
  • Gestionar el plan de capacitaciones de producto internas y externas.
  • Auditar constantemente la entrega en campo de las experiencias diseñadas, junto con el equipo de Operaciones.
  • Identificar oportunidades de desarrollo de producto con impacto positivo, generando alianzas con otras instituciones dónde sea relevante.
  • A poyar en tareas y proyectos de turismo responsable, vinculadas al producto, alineados a los valores y compromiso de la empresa con el turismo sostenible.
  • Brindar soporte al equipo Comercial y de Ventas para ofrecer las mejores opciones de experiencias a sus clientes.
  • Liderar al equipo de Producto matriz y coordinar con los equipos de Producto regionales.

Requisitos

  • Egresado de las carreras de Turismo, Hotelería, Humanidades, o afines.
  • Experiencia de más de 5 años en turismo (desarrollo de producto, área comercial, área de operaciones, comunicaciones y marketing).
  • Experiencia costeando o cotizando programas y experiencias de viaje.
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo de benchmark con competidores.
  • Experiencia trabajando con comunidades locales y en áreas naturales protegidas (Deseable).
  • Conocimiento para generar alianzas, entablar relaciones y cultivar una red de proveedores en los principales destinos de la región.
  • Conocimiento robusto de los destinos principales en Perú.
  • Conocimiento de los principales destinos de Sudamérica (Deseable).
  • Conocimiento de los principales mercados emisivos a nivel mundial.
  • Office a nivel Intermedio.
  • Inglés a nivel Avanzado (oral y escrito).
