  • Realizar análisis detallados y elaborar presupuestos por mercado. Construir los supuestos y escenarios que los sustentan, asegurando su alineación con las metas del negocio emisivo.
  • Diseñar y mantener reportes comerciales que sirvan como base para la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Esto incluye definir los indicadores, la lógica de cálculo y los criterios de validación de la información.
  • Monitorear y analizar el cumplimiento de presupuestos, prospectos y utilidades de las empresas del holding. Explicar las causas de las desviaciones (volumen, precio, mix, margen) y cuantificar su impacto.
  • Proveer análisis e información procesable a las unidades de negocio para la optimización de ingresos y la mejora del desempeño, priorizando oportunidades según su impacto en resultados.
  • Preparar y presentar informes semanales con indicadores clave, tendencias y recomendaciones estratégicas. Las conclusiones deben estar sustentadas en datos e incluir proyecciones de cierre.
  • Gestionar el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales y la relación con proveedores estratégicos. Modelar el avance de metas e incentivos y anticipar brechas para asegurar el logro de metas específicas.
  • Llevar a cabo estudios avanzados sobre capacidad operativa, proyecciones financieras y efectividad de campañas comerciales, aplicando modelos de pronóstico, sensibilidad y medición de retorno.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento a través del análisis de datos de mercado, comportamiento de consumidores y benchmarking, utilizando segmentación y análisis de rentabilidad por cliente, canal y producto.

Requisitos

  • Egresado/a de Ingeniería Industrial, Estadística, Economía, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas, carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en análisis de datos, planeamiento comercial, control de gestión o revenue management, con al menos 2 años elaborando presupuestos o proyecciones.
  • Experiencia en turismo (emisivo, receptivo), aerolíneas o revenue management (deseable).
  • SQL intermedio-avanzado para extracción, transformación y validación de datos.
  • Python intermedio para análisis y automatización (deseable).
  • Power BI avanzado (modelado de datos, DAX y publicación de reportes).
  • Excel avanzado (modelos financieros, tablas dinámicas, macros y automatización de reportes).
  • Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
  • Capacidad para presentar resultados a gerencia y sustentar recomendaciones con datos.
