  • Cotizar y reservar hoteles, traslados, excursiones y boletos aéreos, utilizando NDC y los principales globalizadores.
  • Brindar atención y asesoría presencial dentro de las instalaciones del cliente, gestionando consultas, requerimientos y cotizaciones.
  • Realizar seguimiento a las cotizaciones.
  • Gestionar correctamente las reservas asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos.
  • Reportar diariamente las ventas realizadas.
  • Utilizar adecuadamente las herramientas tecnológicas y plataformas de la empresa.
  • Gestionar de manera autónoma la atención dentro de las instalaciones del cliente, adaptándose a sus procesos, dinámica de trabajo y necesidades comerciales.

Requisitos

  • Estudios técnicos o universitarios en Turismo, Hotelería, Administración de Turismo o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en mayoristas de turismo.
  • Experiencia en atención y asesoría a agencias de viajes.
  • Manejo intermedio de Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
  • Manejo intermedio de Sabre y/o Amadeus, NDC.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en venta de destinos de Caribe, Europa y Estados Unidos.
  • Conocimiento de producto y destinos nacionales.
  • Conocimiento de hoteles, servicios terrestres, excursiones y principales productos turísticos.
  • Inglés intermedio (deseable).
  • Disponibilidad para laborar presencialmente en Miraflores.
