  • Elaborar el plan Anual de Vacaciones de la compañía, así como hacer el seguimiento correspondiente y asegurar el cumplimiento del mismo, entendiendo las necesidades de cada área.
  • Asegurar que la política de asistencia y vacaciones se cumpla a todo nivel de la compañía, generando las alertas correspondientes en el momento oportuno.
  • Elaboración y gestión de contratos de trabajo, adendas, renovaciones, altas y bajas en los sistemas oficiales.
  • Verificar los registros de asistencia y puntualidad, procesando e informando las inconsistencias en el sistema BUK.
  • Ingresar al sistema BUK las justificaciones de las inasistencias, horas extras y permisos, coordinando con el área de planilla de existir algún descuento.
  • Elaborar los reportes de asistencia, puntualidad y vacaciones para enviarlos a cada una de las Gerencias, para su conocimiento, seguimiento y control.
  • Habita el registro del personal en los sistemas para el control de asistencia y acceso a la oficina.
  • Generar las aperturas de cuentas (Haberes/CTS/Utilidades) y realizar las afiliaciones de AFP.
  • Llevar el control y asegura que se cumpla el proceso de los contratos de cuarta categoría.
  • Responsable de la gestión y elaboración de memorándum en coordinación con el área correspondiente.
  • Buscar constantemente eficiencias y automatizaciones en los procesos que tiene asignado.
  • Apoyo en alguna función adicional solicitada por su jefatura inmediata.

Requisitos

  • Estudios universitarios en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, RRHH, Contabilidad o afines.
  • Experiencia profesional de 1 año en puestos similares.
  • Manejo de office a nivel intermedio.
  • Manejo de Outlook, Excel, Word y PPT a nivel avanzado.
  • Inglés básico.
