Descripción del puesto

  • Extraer y consolidar datos diarios de GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, motores de vuelos y Travel C.
  • Actualizar los cuadros de control maestros con la información bruta.
  • Generar reportes operativos para el análisis del Analista de E-commerce.
  • Publicar y actualizar contenido en la web (ofertas, promociones, imágenes) siguiendo lineamientos.
  • Apoyar en la ejecución del plan de toques (email marketing, WhatsApp outbound, push web/app).
  • Dar soporte en la carga de creatividades y copys aprobados para campañas.
  • Vigilar el rendimiento básico de campañas y notificar bajas de CTR, picos de CPC o errores en piezas.
  • Registrar incidencias técnicas y coordinar con TI para su seguimiento.
  • Monitorear la competencia en Meta Ads Library y Google Transparency Ads para mantener el benchmark actualizado.
  • Preparar presentaciones preliminares con datos e insights básicos para revisión del Analista.
  • Documentar procesos, checklist y flujo de tareas del área para optimizar tiempos.

Requisitos

  • Egresado o bachiller en Marketing Digital, Comunicación, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Cursos o certificaciones en Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads (deseable).
  • Experiencia previa en e-commerce o turismo (deseable).
  • Manejo de Google Analytics 4 a nivel intermedio (lectura de métricas, extracción de reportes).
  • Manejo de Google Ads y Meta Ads Manager a nivel intermedio (descarga de datos, segmentaciones, formatos de campaña).
  • Manejo de herramientas de email marketing a nivel intermedio (Brevo, Mailchimp o similares).
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de diseño (Canva, Photoshop básico) para ajustes menores.
  • Conocimientos básicos de SEO y CRO (deseable).
  • Dominio de Excel/Google Sheets a nivel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, gráficos).
