Descripción del puesto

  • Procesar y analizar la nómina mensual y beneficios sociales de los trabajadores: Vacaciones, CTS, gratificación, utilidades, reta de quinta categoría.
  • Registrar las altas, bajas y modificaciones contractuales del personal en el T-Registro y demás sistemas de gestión del personal. • Gestionar el cierre mensual contable de nómina y el pago de obligaciones correspondientes: impuestos, aportes y seguros (PLAME, AFP, Seguros Vida Ley, SCTR).
  • Realizar el cálculo de liquidación de beneficios sociales de los trabajadores cesados y el análisis de las cuentas contables de nominas.
  • Atender las diversas consultas relacionadas a nómina y beneficios laborales del personal como descuentos, pagos, entrega de boletas de pago, entre otros.
  • Validar y pagar las comisiones variables del personal, analizando la composición del salario fijo y variable de cada población.
  • Elaborar reportes e indicadores de gestión relacionados con nómina, beneficios sociales, headcount, estructura salarial y costos laborales.
  • Atender requerimientos de información laboral solicitados por entidades fiscalizadoras, auditorías internas y externas.
  • Mantener actualizada, la estructura organizacional, cargos, bandas salariales y mapeo de puesto.
  • Otras funciones afines al área y/o por encargo del jefe inmediato.

Requisitos

  • Bachiller o Licenciado en Contabilidad o Administración.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en puestos y funciones similares en empresas de venta y/o servicio.
  • Conocimiento de la plataforma de BUK.
  • Experiencia en planillas con más 300 colaboradores.
  • Manejo de Plame, T-Registro, Cálculo de Renta de Quinta, Cálculo y gestión beneficios sociales, Trámites por tele-crédito, Legislación laboral, Valorización y mapeo de puestos.
  • Manejo de Excel a nivel avanzado (Indispensable).
  • Manejo office a nivel usuario: Outlook, PPT, Power BI y Word.
  • Manejo de Ingles a nivel Intermedio.
