  • Planear y elaborar itinerarios de viajes individuales y de grupo, con alternativas que se acomoden a las necesidades de los clientes.
  • Brindar una completa asesoría en cuanto a tarifas y promociones existentes en el mercado, con cotizaciones que se ajusten a lo solicitado y con el ofrecimiento de alternativas flexibles que puedan significar ahorros para el cliente.
  • Ofrecer viajes organizados: hoteles, autos, seguro de viaje, traslados.
  • Asesorar en seguro del equipaje, pasaporte y visados, cambio de moneda extranjera, requisitos médicos (vacunas).
  • Cumplir con las políticas de viaje dadas por nuestros clientes, así mismo hacer uso correcto de la información que nos dan para almacenar ya que será usada en los reportes de gestión. Asegurar el ingreso correcto y oportuno de todas las ventas generadas a nuestro backoffice para completar el proceso de facturación.
  • Hacer correcto uso de las herramientas de trabajo del Grupo.
  • Conocimiento de la web de Nuevo Mundo Viajes Corporativo
  • Involucrarse activamente en el proceso de mejora continua mediante la participación en seminarios de capacitación y actualización, así como la lectura de todo material / circular enviado.
  • Brindar adecuado soporte a los flujos de trabajo de las cuentas, de acuerdo a los servicios y productos ofrecidos.
  • Manejar y dar respuesta oportuna a los reclamos realizados por los clientes (primer nivel).
  • Detectar necesidades de las cuentas y sugerir mejoras para la atención que se brinda a las cuentas desde su puesto.

Requisitos

  • Estudios concluidos técnicos o universitarios en Turismo, Hotelería, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el sector de agencias de viajes y en el sector corporativo.
  • Manejo de GDS: AMADEUS, NDC , KIU u otro a nivel Avanzado.
  • Manejo en flujo completo de venta: cotización, reserva, emisión y reemisión.
  • Manejo de Office nivel usuario.
  • Dominio de inglés a nivel intermedio.
