Empresa requiere una ¨Asistente contable y/o Administrativo¨ para su oficina ubicada en Barquisimeto, Edo.Lara con el siguiente perfil:

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS DEL CARGO:

Nivel Educativo: TSU en Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas o carrera relacionada.

Experiencia: de 2 a 3 años en el desempeño d elabores similares.

Conociemientos Especiales:

  • Facturación y Compras: Manejo de los requisitos legales que deben cumplir las facturas según las providencias del SENIAT.
  • Libros Fiscales: Preparación operativa de los Libros de Compras y Ventas (Formato IVA).
  • Retenciones: Conocimiento básico en la elaboración de comprobantes de retención de IVA e ISLR para proveedores.
  • Sistemas Administrativos: Manejo de módulos de compras, ventas e inventario en softwares ERP comunes en Lara (Profit Plus, Saint Enterprise, Galac o similares).
  • Herramientas de Oficina: Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas básicas de conciliación) y Word.
  • Trámites Básicos: Familiaridad con portales web del SENIAT, IVSS, FAOV e INCES para cargas de nómina o consultas.

Competencia y Habilidades:

  • Organización y Orden: Capacidad para clasificar y archivar grandes volúmenes de documentos físicos y digitales de forma impecable.
  • Atención al Detalle: Agudeza para transcribir datos numéricos sin errores y detectar inconsistencias en facturas o recibos.
  • Gestión del Tiempo: Habilidad para priorizar tareas y cumplir con el calendario diario de pagos y facturación.
  • Orientación al Cliente Interno/Externo: Trato amable y profesional con proveedores, clientes y compañeros de equipo.
  • Discreción: Manejo confidencial de datos de nómina, precios, costos y cuentas bancarias.

Responsabilidades del Cargo:

  • Procesamiento de Datos: Registrar diariamente las compras, ventas, cobros y pagos en el sistema administrativo de la empresa.
  • Facturación y Cobranza: Emitir las facturas de venta, notas de crédito/débito y hacer seguimiento a las cuentas por cobrar.
  • Control de Archivo: Mantener al día los expedientes de proveedores, clientes, carpetas fiscales y soportes de pago.
  • Conciliación Básica: Realizar el punteo inicial de movimientos bancarios contra los registros del sistema.
  • Caja Chica: Administrar y reponer el fondo de caja chica, asegurando que cada gasto tenga su soporte legal correspondiente.
  • Apoyo en Parada y Trámites: Preparar la documentación física necesaria para las declaraciones de impuestos o para auditorías internas.
