The posting

Buscamos Gerente de Tecnología de la Información (TI) para uno de nuestros clientes en Acarigua, Edo. Portuguesa, que se encargue de liderar y coordinar las operaciones tecnológicas de la dicha organización.

Objetivo del Puesto: Dirigir, planificar y controlar la estrategia tecnológica de la organización, garantizando la disponibilidad, seguridad, continuidad y evolución de los sistemas de información corporativos, con especial enfoque en la plataforma SAP S/4HANA y las soluciones integradas del negocio.

Profesión: Ing. en Informática, Ing. en Sistemas, Ing. en Computación, afín.

Estudios de postgrado en: Gerencia de Tecnología, Transformación Digital, Dirección de Proyectos, Sistemas Empresariales o MBA (deseable).

Experiencia comprobable en Gerencias de Tecnología de la Información (minimo 8 años), con enfoque a liderazgo de equipos TI.

Certificaciones (deseable): AP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, ITIL, PMP, Scrum, COBIT, Ciberseguridad, Gestión de Servicios TI.

Experiencia requerida:

Participación en implementación de SAP ERP o SAP S/4HANA.

Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios TI.

Gestión de infraestructura tecnológica empresarial.

Administración de proyectos de transformación digital.

Experiencia integrando áreas: Finanzas, compras, producción, logística, calidad, mantenimiento, comercial, gestión de proveedores tecnológicos, administración de contratos y licenciamiento.

Experiencia en continuidad operativa y seguridad informática.

Competencias adicionales en: Power BI, Microsoft 365, Gestión documental, Herramientas ETL, Integración API, Automatización de procesos.

Manejo de: Redes y comunicaciones, Servidores Windows/Linux, Virtualización, Bases de datos, Cloud Computing, Backup y recuperación, Alta disponibilidad, Seguridad informática, Firewalls, Active Directory, Monitoreo de plataformas.

Gestión y Gobierno TI: ITIL, COBIT, Gestión de riesgos, Gestión presupuestaria TI, Gestión de SLA, Continuidad del negocio, Gobierno de datos, Auditoría TI.

Competencias requeridas: Comunicación efectiva, Trabajo bajo presión, Adaptabilidad, Inteligencia emocional, Organización, Alto sentido de confidencialidad.
