Voor onze moderne en bruisende apotheek in Knokke zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven apotheekassistent die farmaceutische zorg centraal stelt. Je komt terecht in een jong, dynamisch team van apothekers waar samenwerking en klantgerichte zorg voorop staan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Farmaceutische zorg: Je helpt bij magistrale bereidingen, verstrekt geneesmiddelen en geeft professioneel advies aan klanten over hun medicatiegebruik.
  • Administratieve taken: Je beheert medisch-administratieve dossiers, houdt registers up-to-date en verwerkt bestellingen.
  • Klantenadvies: Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten, adviseert hen over producten en verkoopt farmaceutische producten met deskundigheid.
  • Winkelbeheer: Je zorgt voor de juiste opberging, presentatie en voorraadbeheer van producten, en houdt de apotheek netjes en schoon.
  • Begeleiding: Je begeleidt stagiairs en nieuwe medewerkers, en speelt een rol in het verbeteren van de dienstverlening.
  • Werken in een dynamische omgeving: Gelegen in een moderne wijk, ben je altijd verzekerd van een goede bereikbaarheid en werk je in een bruisende en gevarieerde werkomgeving.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Diploma FTA: Je hebt een diploma als farmaceutisch-technisch assistent (FTA) en hebt de nodige kennis van farmaceutische producten.
  • Commercieel inzicht: Je hebt gevoel voor klantgerichte verkoop en draagt bij aan het succes van de apotheek.
  • Zorgvuldigheid en verantwoordelijkheid: Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid in het dagelijks werk.
  • Flexibiliteit en zelfstandigheid: Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken, maar bent ook een teamplayer die zich goed aanpast aan wisselende situaties.
  • Stressbestendigheid en betrouwbaarheid: Je blijft kalm onder druk en hebt een betrouwbare werkhouding.
  • Inleving en klantgerichtheid: Je hebt oog voor de behoeften van klanten en weet hen vriendelijk en professioneel te adviseren.
