Responsável por compras de serviços e materiais diversos (ex: peças para caminhões, equipamentos de movimentação) mediante solicitações e conforme programação através de sistema; Responsável em analisar as solicitações abertas nos sistemas da E3300, e realizar alinhamento junto aos clientes internos para possíveis ajustes e conduzir processos de compras estratégicas/complexas e de alto impacto; Realizar os comparativos das propostas/ orçamentos em mapa de preço, equalizar custos, e em caso de divergência da solicitação alinhar com o gestor do Compras e a área solicitante; Realizar negociação comerciais (preço, prazo e pagamento) com os fornecedores; Emitir pedidos de compra no sistema de acordo com a melhor proposta validada pelo gestor do Compras; Enviar os pedidos de compra para os fornecedores e prestadores via Sistema e confirmar o recebimento; Acompanhar prazos de entrega e follow-up com fornecedores, garantindo a entrega dentro do prazo; Apoiar no controle de documentos fiscais para as áreas Fiscal e Financeiro, solicitar correção para os fornecedores, caso necessário; Emitir formulário de adiantamento de fornecedor quando necessário, após a aprovação do gestor do Compras; Cadastrar e manter atualizados os cadastros de fornecedores, itens e serviços. E para cadastros de ativo imobilizado solicitar para área de TI; Desenvolver e homologar fornecedores estratégico. Realizar qualificação e avaliação de fornecedores periodicamente conforme vencimentos; Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de compras e sourcing em conjunto com o gestor da área de compras; Suporte a Gestão da área no que tange a contratos e acordos comerciais; Analisar tendências de mercado e propor inovações; Atuar em conjunto com as áreas e gestão de compras para elaborar escopos técnicos e garantindo que os fornecedores irão executar dentro dos padrões de qualidade; Realizar estratificação de informações do sistema para elaboração de relatórios e desenvolver indicadores de desempenho, e propor ações corretivas; Gerar quantitativos de compras através do planejamento via sistema e analisar se estão coerentes de acordo com a necessidade de consumo, e posteriormente abrir as solicitações de compras para reposição do estoque de suprimentos; Realizar abertura de chamados para a área da TI e manutenção predial para o setor do compras; Realizar visitas nas áreas produtivas para revisar a necessidade das áreas solicitantes quando necessário; Realizar a abertura de ROCs e tratativas até a sua resolução; Responsável pelo processo de solicitações de viagens (reserva de hotéis, passagens, valores adicionais referente a refeição e combustível); Realizar atualização de processo, procedimento e instrução de trabalho.
