Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Frota com perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e orientado a resultados para atuar em uma operação de transporte rodoviário de alta performance.

Você será peça-chave na gestão operacional da frota, garantindo a programação eficiente das viagens, o acompanhamento dos motoristas, a comunicação com clientes e embarcadores e a atualização dos sistemas logísticos, contribuindo diretamente para a produtividade e excelência da operação.

Principais responsabilidades

Gestão Operacional da Frota

  • Monitorar em tempo real a localização, disponibilidade e produtividade dos veículos.
  • Acompanhar viagens, janelas de carregamento e descarregamento, previsões de chegada e ocorrências operacionais.
  • Atuar rapidamente na resolução de imprevistos, minimizando impactos na operação.

Programação de Viagens e Escalas

  • Elaborar e ajustar escalas de motoristas conforme jornada, rotas e disponibilidade da frota.
  • Programar viagens e realizar os alinhamentos necessários com os condutores.
  • Garantir o cumprimento da programação operacional e das diretrizes da empresa.

Sistemas e Controles Logísticos

  • Registrar e atualizar todas as etapas das viagens no sistema de gestão.
  • Manter atualizados os status operacionais, disponibilidade dos veículos e apontamentos da frota.
  • Alimentar controles e indicadores para suporte à tomada de decisão da gestão.

Relacionamento com Clientes e Embarcadores

  • Realizar alinhamentos operacionais diários com clientes e embarcadores.
  • Informar status das cargas, previsões de entrega e tratativas de ocorrências.
  • Garantir uma comunicação ágil, clara e profissional durante toda a operação.

Interface com Manutenção e Backoffice

  • Acompanhar diariamente a disponibilidade dos veículos junto à equipe de manutenção.
  • Atualizar a programação conforme liberações e paradas de caminhões.
  • Solicitar e acompanhar a emissão de documentos de transporte (CT-e, MDF-e, guias e demais documentos operacionais).

Indicadores e Melhoria Contínua

  • Acompanhar indicadores de produtividade e utilização da frota.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos operacionais.
  • Apoiar a liderança na execução de projetos e rotinas estratégicas da operação.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo (desejável técnico ou superior em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas).
  • Experiência em operações de transporte, monitoramento de frota ou programação logística.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão logística e pacote Office (Excel intermediário).
  • Boa comunicação, raciocínio lógico, organização e capacidade de atuar sob pressão.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência no transporte rodoviário de cargas.
  • Conhecimento em telemetria, rastreamento e gestão de jornada de motoristas.
  • Vivência com indicadores operacionais e gestão de frota.

R$3.000,00 a R$4.500,00
