Objetivo da função

Garantir o acompanhamento das viagens, a conformidade documental e o controle das pendências operacionais, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos, a qualidade das informações e a continuidade dos processos logísticos.

Principais responsabilidades

• Acompanhar as cargas desde a liberação até a entrega e baixa final da viagem.

• Monitorar coletas pendentes, viagens em trânsito, atrasos e descargas.

• Tratar ocorrências operacionais, como avarias, devoluções, reentregas e divergências.

• Emitir e conferir documentos de transporte, incluindo CT-e, MDF-e, CIOT, guias e comprovantes de entrega.

• Atualizar sistemas, TMS, Pipefy e planilhas, garantindo a rastreabilidade das informações.

• Manter contato com motoristas, clientes e equipes internas para resolução de pendências.

• Monitorar os canais de comunicação dos clientes e cumprir os prazos de atendimento (SLA).

• Controlar documentos pendentes, canhotos e encerramento das viagens.

• Identificar riscos de custos extras, como diárias, estadias e reentregas, comunicando os responsáveis.

• Apoiar o acompanhamento de indicadores operacionais, como OTIF e transit time.

Requisitos

• Experiência em transportadoras ou operadores logísticos.

• Vivência com acompanhamento de cargas e gestão de ocorrências.

• Conhecimento de documentos fiscais e operacionais de transporte.

• Excel intermediário.

• Conhecimento de sistemas TMS e plataformas de rastreamento.

• Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.

• Capacidade de priorização e resolução de problemas.

• Responsabilidade no acompanhamento das demandas até sua conclusão.

Diferencial: conhecimento em Pipefy, Bsoft, OTM, MultiTMS e MultiCT-e.

Salário e Benefícios:

R$2.500,00 a R$3.000,00
