ExpressVPN is more than a VPN - it’s a global consumer brand trusted by millions of people to protect their privacy and security online. As a Paid Social Growth Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing that brand through high-scale, data-driven acquisition campaigns across global markets.

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and commercially minded performance marketer who loves turning data into action. You’ll own large-scale paid social campaigns, experiment with new growth opportunities, and work closely with Creative, Product, and Business teams to continuously improve performance.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond simply managing campaigns and take real ownership of growth for a global, high-profile consumer brand.

What you’ll do

• Own and grow high-budget paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other non-search channels.

• Build, launch, manage, and continuously optimize campaigns across global markets.

• Analyze performance, identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to improve acquisition KPIs, ROI, and overall growth.

• Develop and execute testing strategies across audiences, creatives, messaging, placements, and bidding approaches.

• Scale successful campaigns efficiently while maintaining strong performance and profitability.

• Partner closely with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to develop and execute new growth strategies.

• Stay ahead of platform changes, market trends, competitor activity, and emerging acquisition opportunities.

• Bring new ideas to the table and turn insights into experiments that can have a measurable impact.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid social, user acquisition, or performance marketing.

• Strong in-house experience managing campaigns for consumer brands.

• Proven experience managing large-scale paid social budgets and optimizing campaigns against performance KPIs.

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads; experience with additional channels such as Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest, or X is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and a genuinely data-driven mindset - you enjoy digging into performance data and understanding the why behind the numbers.

• Experience with creative testing and using performance insights to inform creative strategy is a strong advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; a degree from a recognized university is preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment where priorities move quickly and you’re expected to take ownership.
