About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead social media across multiple brands and product lines. You'll own social strategy, content, performance and cross-functional collaboration, with the opportunity to shape our presence and make a tangible impact across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute social media strategy across multiple brands and platforms, including ExpressVPN, ExpressVPN Gaming and other Kape privacy brands.
  • Lead content ideation, planning and briefing for campaigns, product launches, events and always-on social content.
  • Create and adapt content where needed, including fast-turnaround and trend-driven content using tools such as CapCut.
  • Monitor social performance, identify insights and translate learnings into improved content and strategy.
  • Collaborate with Comms & PR, Product, Engineering, Design and Legal to develop and deliver impactful social initiatives.
  • Manage external social partnerships and activations, including esports partners and joint content opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of social trends and platform developments, applying strong brand judgement and finding opportunities to experiment while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Native-level English speaker with 3+ years of social media management experience, ideally in technology or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple brands, channels and priorities while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Strong combination of creative thinking, analytical skills and excellent editorial judgement.
  • High ownership and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset; able to drive work independently from idea to execution.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Khoros, Sprout, Buffer or Hootsuite.
  • Basic content editing skills in CapCut required; Figma is a plus.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills and a willingness to contribute ideas, feedback and inspiration beyond their own work.

Nice to have

  • Comfortable appearing on camera as a brand representative when needed.
  • Interest in gaming and gaming culture.

Contract Details

Maternity cover starting October 2026 for approximately 6 months, with the potential to extend or develop into a permanent role as the team grows.
