🚀 ¿Qué harás en esta experiencia?

Como Customer Facing Specialist, serás responsable de brindar un soporte integral de cara al cliente, resolviendo consultas, gestionando pedidos y coordinando la operativa logística para contribuir a la fidelización y mejora continua del servicio.

Tus funciones principales incluirán:

  • Gestión de Pedidos y Operativa en SAP: Registrarás, procesarás y harás el seguimiento continuo de los pedidos de clientes a través del sistema SAP.
  • Atención y Soporte al Cliente: Atenderás y resolverás consultas e incidencias a través de múltiples canales (teléfono, correo electrónico, Teams), garantizando una respuesta ágil y empática.
  • Coordinación Operativa y Logística: Interactuarás con clientes internos y proveedores logísticos para coordinar entregas y solventar incidencias en la cadena de suministro.
  • Análisis e Identificación de Mejoras: Monitorizarás KPIs de servicio al cliente, analizarás datos e identificarás oportunidades de optimización en los procesos de atención.

🧠 ¿Qué buscamos en ti?

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en roles de atención al cliente, soporte a ventas o Customer Facing.
  • Experiencia previa dentro del sector Gran Consumo (FMCG).

Conocimientos y Habilidades:

  • Manejo fluido de herramientas de gestión, especialmente SAP y Power BI (PBI).
  • Nivel avanzado de Excel y sólidas capacidades de análisis de datos.
  • Comprensión de KPIs clave del área de servicio al cliente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación clara y empática, orientación a la resolución de problemas, organización y gestión del tiempo.
