As we continue to expand our European market presence, were looking for a passionate Business Development Executive to drive new business, build strong partnerships, and contribute to our global growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, research, and approach potential B2B clients across the European market through channels like cold calling, social media, and networking.

- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients, providing tailored business solutions.

- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate our value proposition.

- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

- Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to share insights and continuously improve service delivery.

- Maintain accurate and timely sales reports to track progress against goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

Language & Communication:

- Fluency in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably within the localization, translation, or language services sector.

- Proven exposure to or experience in the European market is highly preferred.

- Background in call center or inside sales is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

- Proven ability to build and nurture business relationships.

- Strong research, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Outgoing personality with a professional approach and passion for connecting with clients.

Working Conditions

- Location: Egypt-based.

- Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Cairo Time).

- Work Model: Hybrid
