Empower Seamless Marketing Processes and Strategies

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in developing, optimizing, and managing the systems and processes that underpin our global marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our campaigns are executed efficiently and in alignment with organizational objectives. Your analytical approach and operational mindset will strengthen our brands presence and support our vision for international growth.

Key Responsibilities in Marketing Operations & Performance Management

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of SEO, SMM, PPC, email marketing, and other marketing teams. Ensure each team meets their objectives and deliverables.

What You Need for Success in Marketing Operations

  • Total 5-7 years of experience across marketing functions ,Minimum of 3 years managing multi-functional teams in a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools, task management software (e.g., Click up), and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, particularly in lead generation, client acquisition, and email marketing.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Expertise in developing and documenting marketing workflows and standard operating procedures.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Marketing Agency Experience is preferred
