Marketing Senior Specialist (B2B – Fitness & Wellness)

About the Opportunity

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of the UAE's leading companies in the fitness and wellness industry. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Senior Specialist to join a dynamic team and play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth across the region.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader, developing impactful B2B marketing strategies that support sales, strengthen the brand, and expand market presence across Egypt and the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Generate qualified B2B leads through digital marketing, email campaigns, events, webinars, and strategic partnerships.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, presentations, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
  • Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring strong SEO performance and user experience.
  • Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Organize and coordinate exhibitions, fitness events, conferences, and corporate activations.
  • Manage the company's social media presence and content strategy.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, photographers, and content creators.
  • Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Previous experience in the fitness, wellness, healthcare, sports, hospitality, or lifestyle industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, branding, and campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
