نبذة عن الوظيفة:

نبحث عن أخصائي مبيعات وتنفيذ أنظمة ميداني POS يتمتع بالخبرة في مجال المبيعات والتعامل مع العملاء، للانضمام إلى فريقنا.

سيكون مسؤولًا عن إدارة رحلة العميل بالكامل، بدءًا من التواصل والمبيعات وحتى التعاقد، ثم تنفيذ النظام وتدريب العميل والتأكد من استخدامه بنجاح.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

* البحث عن العملاء المحتملين وتحديد فرص المبيعات الجديدة.

* بيع أنظمة وحلول POS لمحلات البقالة والسوبر ماركت، وفهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم الحلول المناسبة لهم.

* تقديم عروض توضيحية (Demos) وشرح مميزات النظام للعملاء.

* إدارة دورة المبيعات بالكامل بدءًا من البحث عن العملاء وحتى التفاوض وإتمام عملية البيع.

* بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء.

* تنفيذ عملية إعداد وتهيئة النظام للعملاء (Onboarding & Implementation).

* إعداد النظام وتهيئته وفقًا لاحتياجات ومتطلبات العميل.

* تدريب العملاء وفرق العمل لديهم على استخدام النظام بشكل فعال.

* التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لحل أي مشكلات متعلقة بالعملاء أو تنفيذ النظام.

* متابعة العملاء بعد التنفيذ لضمان رضاهم واستمرار استخدام النظام بنجاح.

* تحديث بيانات العملاء وأنشطة المبيعات على نظام CRM بشكل مستمر ودقيق.

* جمع ملاحظات العملاء ونقلها إلى الفرق المعنية.

المتطلبات:

* يشترط وجود خبرة سابقة في بيع أنظمة POS، ويفضل أن تكون الخبرة في بيعها لمحلات البقالة والسوبر ماركت.

* خبرة من سنة إلى 3 سنوات في المبيعات، إدارة الحسابات، نجاح العملاء، تنفيذ الحلول، أو مجال ذي صلة.

* مهارات قوية في التواصل والعرض والتقديم.

* مهارات ممتازة في التفاوض وبناء العلاقات مع العملاء.

* القدرة على فهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم الحلول المناسبة.

* مهارات قوية في التنظيم وحل المشكلات.

* القدرة على التعامل مع عدة عملاء وأولويات في الوقت نفسه.

* شخصية نشيطة، استباقية، وتركز على تحقيق الأهداف.

* إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

* الخبرة في مجال SaaS أو التكنولوجيا أو أنظمة POS أو التجارة الإلكترونية أو برامج الأعمال تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
