  • Support validation and qualification activities (process, equipment, cleaning, test methods) and maintain associated documentation.
  • Maintain and analyse quality metrics (OEE-related quality KPIs, % defects, yield, customer complaints) and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies to reduce variability and waste.
  • Coordinate product complaint investigations and liaise with customer service to ensure satisfactory resolution and root-cause prevention.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards applicable to the product portfolio (e.g., HACCP, BRC, ISO, local regulations).
  • Provide training and coaching to production and quality teams on quality standards, inspection techniques and good manufacturing practice (GMP).

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel, statistical tools).
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies; relevant certification desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
