Job Description

Vous assurez la coordination et la performance achats pour les projets stratégiques de la division (nouveaux programmes, industrialisation, ramp-up, retrofit), en garantissant la disponibilité, la compétitivité, la qualité et la conformité des approvisionnements tout au long du cycle projet.

Vos principales missions

Pilotage achats projet

Définir la stratégie achats projet alignée avec les objectifs programme (coût, délai, qualité).

Construire le budget achats projet et suivre les engagements financiers.

Gestion fournisseurs & contractualisation

Identifier et sélectionner les fournisseurs pour les besoins projet (RFx, analyse TCO).

Négocier contrats spécifiques projet (clauses délais, pénalités, IP, garanties).

Suivi performance & Reporting

Mettre en place des tableaux de bord projet (OTD, coûts, risques).

Animer les revues projet avec Programmes et Direction Achats.

Conformité & risques

Garantir le respect des exigences réglementaires (ITAR/EAR, flow-downs).

Intégrer les contraintes qualité (AS9100, APQP, FAI) dans les contrats.

Transformation & digital

Utiliser outils ERP (SAP), SRM, e-sourcing, Power BI pour Reporting.

Contribuer à la digitalisation des processus projet (workflow, automatisation).

Votre profil

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+5 (école d’ingénieurs, commerce ou équivalent) et justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 8 ans en achats projets, idéalement acquise dans le secteur aéronautique. Vous maîtrisez les achats techniques, la négociation, la contractualisation, le TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), la gestion des risques ainsi que les normes aéronautiques.

Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous veillez au respect et à l’application des réglementations ainsi que des consignes en matière d’hygiène, de sécurité et d’environnement en vigueur sur le site. Vous contribuez activement à la démarche d’amélioration continue du service en étant force de proposition dans l’optimisation des processus et des pratiques. Enfin, vous participez au déploiement et au maintien de la démarche 5S afin de garantir un environnement de travail performant, organisé et sécurisé.

À l’aise dans des environnements multisites et complexes, vous possédez une bonne connaissance des outils ERP et du Pack Office. Autonome, rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) résultats, vous vous distinguez par votre excellent relationnel, votre leadership transverse et votre capacité à convaincre et fédérer vos interlocuteurs.

Des déplacements réguliers en France et à l’international sont à prévoir.

Un niveau d’anglais B2 minimum est requis.
