Bij Faceland krijg je de kans om als financiële sparringpartner samen te werken met onze COO, CFO en Country Managers. Je analyseert, adviseert en stuurt op resultaten binnen een dynamische, internationale omgeving waar ondernemerschap, groei en data centraal staan.

Als Business Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële performance van een portefeuille van onze klinieken in Nederland, België, Duitsland en Zwitserland. Je zorgt voor heldere financiële inzichten, ondersteunt het management bij strategische beslissingen en vertaalt data naar concrete verbeteracties.

Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor rapportages en analyses, maar bent ook een actieve business partner die continu zoekt naar kansen om de organisatie slimmer, efficiënter en winstgevender te maken.

What you'll do

  • Verantwoordelijk voor budgetten, forecasts en financiële analyses van een internationale kliniekportefeuille.
  • Analyseren van omzet, marges, personeelskosten, operationele kosten en efficiëntie.
  • Adviseren van de CFO, COO en Country Managers over performanceverbeteringen.
  • Voorbereiden van managementrapportages, presentaties en maandelijkse performance reviews.
  • Ontwikkelen van financiële stuurinformatie en dashboards in Power BI.
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen en kostenbesparingen en ondersteunen bij de implementatie.
  • Ondersteunen bij acquisities, nieuwe kliniekopeningen en integratieprojecten.
  • Bijdragen aan internationale Finance-projecten en verdere professionalisering van de organisatie.

  • Een concurrerend salaris tussen de €83.000,- en €108.000,- bruto per jaar (incl. 8% vakantiegeld en op basis van een 40-urige werkweek).
  • De werkgever draagt 5% bij aan de pensioenvoorziening (dit betekent dat je 5% bovenop je bruto salaris ontvangt).
  • 10% performance-based bonus.
  • Een netto reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer.

Must-haves

  • Afgeronde wo-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy, Controlling of een vergelijkbare financiële richting.
  • Minimaal 8 jaar relevante werkervaring als Business Controller.
  • Ervaring binnen een internationale, commerciële of private equity-omgeving is een sterke pré.
  • Ervaring met organisaties met meerdere vestigingen.
  • Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en een sterk bedrijfseconomisch inzicht.
  • Ervaring met Power BI en financiële consolidatie- of performance managementsystemen zoals Lucanet, OneStream, Oracle Hyperion of Tagetik.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt gemakkelijk met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus.
  • Je bent proactief, ondernemend en krijgt energie van een omgeving die continu in beweging is.
