Wil jij tijdens je stage ontdekken hoe het er écht aan toegaat binnen HR bij een snelgroeiende, internationale organisatie? Bij Faceland draai je vier dagen per week volledig mee binnen ons HR-team. Geen stage waarbij je vooral meekijkt, maar eentje waarin je vanaf het begin verantwoordelijkheid krijgt, veel leert én daadwerkelijk iets toevoegt.

Het leuke? Je krijgt bij ons de kans om twee verschillende kanten van HR te ontdekken. Twee dagen per week werk je mee binnen Recruitment en twee dagen binnen HR Operations. Zo krijg je tijdens één stage een breed beeld van het HR-vak en kun je ontdekken waar jouw talent en interesse liggen.

Recruitment Samen met onze Corporate Recruiters ben je betrokken bij het volledige recruitmentproces. Je hebt dagelijks contact met sollicitanten die op zoek zijn naar hun volgende stap en voert onder andere de eerste telefonische screenings.

Daarnaast denken we graag met jou na over hoe we nieuw talent kunnen bereiken. Van behandelaren voor onze klinieken tot nieuwe collega's binnen HR, Marketing en andere teams op ons hoofdkantoor. Heb jij een creatief idee voor onze socials, employer branding of een nieuwe manier om kandidaten te bereiken? Kom maar door.

HR Operations De andere twee dagen krijg je een kijkje achter de schermen van HR. Je ondersteunt bij verschillende operationele en administratieve HR-processen en leert wat er allemaal nodig is om ervoor te zorgen dat alles rondom onze medewerkers goed geregeld is.

Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en krijgt zo ervaring met de dagelijkse praktijk van HR Operations binnen een internationale organisatie met meer dan 60 klinieken.

Kortom: vier dagen stage, twee kanten van HR en vooral heel veel ruimte om te leren en mee te doen.

Je kunt vanaf 1 januari starten (later is uiteraard ook bespreekbaar).
