About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Relationship Intern to support our sales and account management team. The role focuses on customer coordination, order tracking, renewal management, and Excel reporting to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Coordination: Follow up with customers regarding orders, pending requirements, delivery schedules, and business updates.
  • Order Management: Track purchase orders, order status, dispatches, and deliveries while maintaining accurate records.
  • Renewal Management: Monitor upcoming and pending customer renewals and initiate follow-ups well before expiry dates.
  • Renewal Tracking: Maintain an updated Excel tracker covering renewal dates, expiry dates, status, pending actions, and next follow-up dates.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain Excel reports for customer accounts, orders, quotations, and renewals.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve pending issues and ensure timely order processing and renewals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate customer records and support initiatives to strengthen long-term customer relationships.
  • Deadline Management: Ensure regular follow-ups and timely completion of assigned tasks, particularly renewal activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Freshers and college students are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, and reporting.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
